The two ensembles will feature the music of Bernstein, Ogren, Alford, Reed, Puts, Markowski, and Tanouye.

SHUAI WANG AND THE CSU SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

November 17, 2017
Praised for her "astute musical sensibilities" and "extraordinary finesse", Pianist Shuai Sophie Wang will be performing Sergei Prokofiev's first Piano concerto with the Cleveland State University Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Dr. Victor Liva. Also on the program the orchestra will present a rendition of Tchaikovsky's spirited Symphony no. 2, "the little Russian".
Admission is free and open to the public.

The repertoire for the concert will include music by Howe, Grainger, Vaughn Williams, Grainger, Chance, Hartley, and Milhaud!
